Crafting Futures
Together

At Craftizen, we see what becomes possible when skills, opportunity and the right support come together.

Your contribution can help women, traditional artisans and adults with intellectual disabilities build meaningful livelihoods through craft.

Choose an area of our work that speaks to you and help create opportunities that can grow well beyond a single contribution.

Support an initiative

  • Petalists Livelihood Program

Support India’s largest craft-based vocational training program for adults with intellectual disabilities. Your contribution can enable ability-based training, product development, stronger vocational systems and meaningful income-generating opportunities through our partner organisations.

  • Strengthen Women’s Livelihoods

Support women from urban, rural and tribal communities as they build skills, earn incomes and participate in community-led enterprises.

Your contribution can help provide training, tools, design inputs, production support and access to market opportunities.

Traditional craft products in the making
  • Keep Traditional Crafts Thriving

Help traditional artisan communities preserve valuable knowledge while responding to contemporary markets. Your contribution can support craft documentation, skill development, design innovation, prototyping and stronger market connections.

  • Reimagine Crafts for the Future

Support the Craftizen Innovation Challenge, which brings industry, designers and artisan communities together to develop contemporary, market-relevant applications for traditional Indian crafts.

Your contribution can help enable design mentorship, artisan–designer collaboration, prototyping and pathways to production.

Beyond the Tangibles

The impact of livelihood support extends beyond skills, tools or products. It can help build confidence, strengthen independence and create a greater sense of dignity, purpose and participation.

For families and communities, it can also reshape perceptions, making abilities more visible and opening up new possibilities for inclusion.
